1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bo55 website at bo55.asia, creating an account, or using any service offered by the bo55 platform, you ("the Member") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with the bo55 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules published on the platform.

These terms govern the entire relationship between the Member and bo55 with respect to the use of bo55's website, services, games, and promotional offers. If at any time you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the bo55 platform and, if applicable, request the closure of your account.

bo55 provides online gaming and sports betting services as described on this platform. Nothing in these terms shall be construed as constituting a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between the Member and bo55.

2. Eligibility

By registering, you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. bo55 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age cannot be satisfactorily verified.

2.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of bo55 is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of use. bo55 makes no representation that its services are available or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. You must not use bo55's services from any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by applicable law.

2.3 Capacity. You warrant that you are not acting under the influence of a clinical gambling disorder or under any other condition that would prevent you from entering into binding legal agreements. If you have been subject to a self-exclusion order or have requested exclusion from gambling services, you are not eligible to register for or use bo55.

2.4 Employee Restriction. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of bo55 and its associated companies and game studio partners are not eligible to maintain gaming accounts on the bo55 platform.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 One Account Per Member. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the bo55 platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account (whether personally or through a third party) is strictly prohibited. bo55 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances therein without prior notice.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your bo55 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. bo55 bears no liability for account issues arising from inaccurate registration information.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bo55 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bo55 will not ask you for your password at any time. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use is deemed to have been authorised by you, regardless of whether it was actually conducted by you.

3.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your bo55 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements. bo55 reserves the right to close or suspend any account found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.5 Identity Verification (KYC). bo55 may at any time require you to provide documentary proof of identity (such as a government-issued ID or MyKad), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and delay or withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the bo55 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Deposits made in other currencies may be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit, and any applicable conversion fees are the Member's responsibility.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. bo55 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. Available payment methods are subject to change. bo55 does not accept deposits from credit cards or payment methods not registered in the Member's name.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via e-wallet (Touch n Go eWallet, Boost) are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of cleared funds, which may take up to one (1) business day depending on the originating bank's processing times.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful identity verification. bo55 targets processing of e-wallet withdrawal requests within 5–15 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are targeted for same-business-day processing for requests submitted before the daily cut-off time. These timelines are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by high-volume periods, additional verification requirements, or technical circumstances.

4.5 Withdrawal to Source. Winnings must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. bo55 may require additional documentation for withdrawals to payment methods differing from the deposit source.

4.6 Minimum & Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are published within the bo55 account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification tier and are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms. bo55 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other promotional offers to Members from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom may not be withdrawn until the stipulated wagering requirements have been met. Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the specified period.

5.3 Abuse. bo55 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotion where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, fraud, or exploitation of promotional terms. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play risk, using automated betting tools, or collusion.

5.4 Changes to Promotions. bo55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice, where technical errors, abuse, or unforeseen circumstances necessitate such action.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

6.1 Binding Bets. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the bo55 platform (as indicated by a confirmation message and/or bet reference number), it is final and binding on both the Member and bo55. bo55 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets.

6.2 Palpable Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error, system malfunction, or human input error ("palpable error"), bo55 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake. The determination of whether an error constitutes a palpable error is at bo55's sole discretion.

6.3 Sportsbook Rules. All sportsbook bets are subject to bo55's published Sportsbook Rules, which set out the specific settlement rules for each sport and market type, including rules governing postponements, abandonments, player/team withdrawals, and overtime/extra time. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules prior to placing bets.

6.4 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game (live dealer or slot), bets placed during the affected round may be voided and stakes refunded at bo55's discretion. bo55 shall not be liable for losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the refund of the relevant stake.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bo55 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and potentially referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening multiple accounts or facilitating the opening of multiple accounts by others to obtain multiple sign-up bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the bo55 platform, place bets, or exploit games.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets on events where you have non-public information that could give you an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or game anomalies for financial gain.
• Using the bo55 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Sharing your account with any third party or allowing any third party to fund or operate your account.
• Attempting to circumvent any geographical restriction, responsible gaming limit, or account restriction imposed by bo55.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with bo55 staff or other players.

bo55 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in relation to any suspected illegal activity and will disclose Member information where required by applicable law.

8. Responsible Gaming

bo55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All Members have access to the following responsible gaming tools via their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account or exclude yourself from bo55's services for a specified minimum period.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bo55 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 10. Limitation of Liability

10.3 Third-Party Content. The bo55 platform hosts games provided by third-party studios under licence. bo55 does not warrant the uninterrupted availability of any specific game or game provider and shall not be liable for losses arising from the unavailability of third-party game content.

10.4 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bo55's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these terms and the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the bo55 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which bo55 operates. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the bo55 platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through bo55's formal complaints process, as described in the FAQ section of the platform.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the complaints process, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral authority in the applicable jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall prevent bo55 from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
